Disney Descendants & Zombies: Worlds Collide Tempe Concert reviews
Dvdrk May 26, 2026Started over 2 hours late. Tried too hard.
Madonna finally took the stage around 8pm for a show with great theatrics. Opening act "Disney Descendants & Zombies: Worlds Collide" started just before 10:30pm and was not good - 1/2 star. The show had a start time of 9pm and basically played re-mix CDs for 45 minutes, jumping around on stage. The audience was not the type for this opening act. It seemed like Madonna was trying too hard to be controversial and remain relevant, as well as trying too hard to get the crowd into it. The crowd probably would have had much more energy had the show started 90 minutes earlier.
